You did it.  You are taking a step to better yourself or to try and help someone you love.  I'm so glad you are here. For some, becoming a better you means improving physical health, others it's mental health, and for most, I'd say it's a combination of both.   My goal for helping individuals and families is to assist you in managing the difficult situations being faced in your life that brought you here. These may be behavioral and emotional concerns or just trying to live your daily life but finding that there are some things impacting you and those around you. I understand that everyone's situation is unique and requires different solutions and techniques that you can believe will work for you.  That is why I am here to walk along this journey with you to better mental health.

I strive to make my office a safe haven for talking about difficult topics.  There are no rules or judgment about what you bring to therapy.  I believe seeking therapy is a huge step and I want to make sure to offer the support needed to help you.

I see adults and adolescents age 13+ who are experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal ideation, and medication management to name a few.  Most of the teens I see struggle with these problems along with school issues such as peer issues and academic pressures.   I also offer support to families facing chronic illness and processing the stress and sometimes anxiety, anger, depression that accompanies many illnesses. As a parent of three and a parent of a child with chronic medical issues, I feel I can offer a unique perspective in all of the mentioned areas with all aged clients.

Services can be provided in office, video chat, or via telephone conference.  This offers a variety of opportunities for therapy to all individuals seeking help despite schedules and accessibility.
